You can find a complete list of the UVA Library's databases on the Research page.
Also, take a look at the Core STS Journals list. One of the challenges of finding STS research is that there's no single STS databases and it's very inter-disciplinary. The Core STS Journals are listed alphabetically but each includes a brief blurb about the journal so you can pick on that fits your topic.
