  U.S. Trustee Program

    The U.S. Trustee Program's duties include supervising private bankruptcy trustees. If a United States Trustee decides to suspend or terminate case assignments to a panel or standing trustee, the trustee may obtain administrative review of that decision from the Executive Office for U.S. Trustees.
