Ask a Librarian connects you with a research expert who can help you find things like resources, people, scholarly articles, and more. No question is too small for chat!
Don't know where to start with your research paper? Need some guidance on navigating library resources? You can make an appointment for one-on-one help with a librarian. Your time with a librarian might cover:
General research help
Navigating the library website
Thinking through your research question
Picking the best sources for your project
Using the library catalog (Virgo) or other databases
Citing your sources correctly and using citation managers like Zotero
There are several librarians who offer these sessions - browse below!
Each of the librarians below is available to help you with any of the above questions. Not sure if they are the right person to meet with you? Not a problem. They will redirect you to the appropriate person if needed.
Click the "Schedule Appointment" button under each photo to view their availability and make an appointment with them. Appointments can happen virtually over Zoom or in person, and you will work that out with your librarian. You can also send them an email.
