Some equipment available from the library is first-come/first-served (no reservations required), but other equipment does require a reservation. You can use the lists below to identify the location that has equipment you would like to use, then find it in the Equipment system to make a reservation, if needed. If you'd like to browse equipment by location, use the links in the sidebar.
Please be sure to return equipment to the same location where it was checked-out.

Fax Machine - The library does not have a publicly accessible fax machine. There is one available in the Student Activities Center in Newcomb Hall
Laptops - Cavalier Computers rents out loaner laptops to users who are getting their computers serviced by CavComputers. This service costs $30/day and is not available unless CavComputers is actively working on a user's own computer. The library does not have any laptops available for check-out.
Vending Machines
- Brown - take the stairs to the bottom floor and turn to the left. Proceed to the study grotto on the south wall of the library. The vending machines are in a small room at the bottom of the ramp.
- Clemons - vending machines are located at the back of the 4th floor and near the conference rooms on the 2nd Floor (Georges Student Center)
