The Free Access to Pascal and Francis site is an archive of the PASCAL and FRANCIS bibliographic databases in exact, human and social sciences, produced by the Inist-CNRS between 1972 and 2015 and previously accessible on a subscription basis. The opening of the FRANCIS and PASCAL bibliographic data on this website fits into the recommendations expressed by the CNRS Scientific and Technical Information Department which advocate the free access dissemination of the Pascal and Francis archive.
