NOTE: This software is available to UVA faculty, staff and students logged in with UVA ESERVICES computing IDs.  Guests and guest researchers only have access to web browsers, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Brown Library Data Computer

We offer a computer with a large amount of memory and faster processors in Brown Science & Engineering Library (Room I-043). This is especially helpful when using software that relies heavily on RAM, like Stata. Datasets and specialized research software are also loaded onto this machine.
