The film is organized according to the page of the Annual Catalogs, Great Britain. Users will need the year, the page number and the item number of the document on the catalog page. Material in this microfilm set is nearly impossible to find without this information as there is no other organization to the material.

This index will refer to the catalog publication year (e.g., 62 refers to 1962) and to the page within the specified annual catalog. At the beginning of the page will be a copy of the catalog page listing the contents to follow on the reel in the proper order.

Parliamentary and command papers will not be found in the UVA set even though they are listed in the catalogs. For this material, look in the Sessional Papers
