American Association for Employment in Education (AAEE)
AAEE was founded in 1934 as the National Institutional Teacher Placement Association, and was known from 1962 to 1996 as the Association for School, College and University Staffing (ASCUS). Today, as AAEE, we help ease the day-to-day challenges of matching educational institutions and staff.
American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO)
AACRAO is a non-profit, voluntary, professional association of more than 11,000 higher education professionals who represent approximately 2,600 institutions in more than 40 countries. Its mission is to provide professional development, guidelines, and voluntary standards to be used by higher education officials regarding the best practices in records management, admissions, enrollment management, administrative information technology, and student services. AACRAO represents institutions in every part of the higher education community, from large public institutions to small, private liberal arts colleges.
American Association of Community Colleges (AACC)
In service since 1920, the American Association of Community Colleges has aptly been called the "voice of America's community colleges." The Association represents and advocates for nearly 1,200 associate-degree granting institutions enrolling more than 13 million students—almost half of all U.S. undergraduates.
American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU)
AASCU is a Washington-based higher education association of nearly 420 public colleges, universities and systems whose members share a learning and teaching-centered culture, a historic commitment to underserved student populations and a dedication to research and creativity that advances their regions' economic progress and cultural development.
American College Counseling Association (ACCA)
ACCA is an Association for those persons in higher education to include colleges, universities, community and technical college settings, whose professional identity is counseling and whose purpose is fostering students’ development.
American College Health Association (ACHA)
ACHA strives to serve as the principal leadership organization for advancing the health of college students and campus communities through advocacy, education, and research.
American College Personnel Association (ACPA)
A leading comprehensive student affairs association that advances student affairs and engages students for a lifetime of learning and discovery.
American Council on Education
ACE is the major coordinating body for the nation’s colleges and universities. We represent more than 1,600 college and university presidents and the executives at related associations, and are the only major higher education association to represent all types of U.S. accredited, degree-granting institutions: two-year and four-year, public and private.
American Counseling Association (ACA)
As the world's largest association representing professional counselors in various practice settings, the American Counseling Association stands ready to serve more than 56,000 members with the resources they need to make a difference. Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA)

Association for the Study of Higher Education (ASHE)
ASHE is a scholarly society with 2,000 members dedicated to higher education as a field of study. It is committed to diversity in its programs and membership, and has enjoyed extraordinary success in involving graduate students in Association activities.
Association of American Colleges and Universities (AAC&&U)
The mission of the Association of American Colleges and Universities is to make liberal education and inclusive excellence the foundation for institutional purpose and educational practice in higher education.
Association of College Unions International (ACUI)
Founded in 1914, ACUI is a nonprofit educational organization that brings together college union and student activities professionals from hundreds of schools in seven countries. Its members work on urban and rural campuses, in two-year and four-year institutions, and at large and small schools. They are students and administrators whose mission is to build campus community. ACUI enriches them all through education, advocacy, and the delivery of services.

Association of International Educators (NAFSA)

National Academic Advising Association;(NACADA)
The National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) is an association of professional advisors, counselors, faculty, administrators, and students working to enhance the educational development of students.
National Association for Campus Activities (NACA)
The National Association for Campus Activities (NACA) is the recognized leader in higher education providing knowledge, ideas and resources for campus life. We provide our members with programs and events focusing on student and professional leadership development, program planning, concert management, diversity and more.
National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC)
The National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), founded in 1937, is an organization of more than 15,000 professionals from around the world dedicated to serving students as they make choices about pursuing postsecondary education.
National Association of College Auxiliary Services (NACAS)
Founded in 1969 as the National Association of College Auxiliary Services, NACAS is the largest auxiliary services support organization serving higher education. Our membership includes 4-year and 2-year colleges and universities in the United States, Canada, and around the world.
National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE)
Established in 1956, the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) connects more than 7,300 college career services professionals at nearly 2,000 colleges and universities nationwide, more than 3,000 university relations and recruiting professionals, and the business affiliates that serve this community. NACE is the leading source of information on the employment of the college educated, and forecasts hiring and trends in the job market; tracks starting salaries, recruiting and hiring practices, and student attitudes and outcomes; and identifies best practices and benchmarks.
National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA)
The National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA) provides professional development for financial aid administrators; advocates for public policies that increase student access and success; serves as a forum on student financial aid issues, and is committed to diversity throughout all activities.
National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA)

About NCORE

In 1988, The Southwest Center for Human Relations Studies launched the first Annual National Conference for Race & Ethnicity in American Higher Education (NCORE®) to address the resurgence of racist incidents in higher education. Since its inception, the conference has evolved into a vital national resource for higher education institutions, providing an annual multicultural forum that attracts Black/African Americans, American Indians, Asian/Pacific Islanders, Latino/as, and European Americans representing campuses across the United States.

The NCORE® conference series constitutes the leading and most comprehensive national forum on issues of race and ethnicity in American higher education. The conference focuses on the complex task of creating and sustaining comprehensive institutional change designed to improve racial and ethnic relations on campus and to expand opportunities for educational access and success by culturally diverse, traditionally underrepresented populations.

NCORE® is designed to provide a significant forum for discussion, critical dialogue, and exchange of information as institutions search for effective strategies to enhance access, social development, education, positive communication, and cross-cultural understanding in culturally diverse settings.
