September 2 - October 30, 2020. Contacting vendors

November 1, 2020 - February 15, 2021. Collecting available material and creating web interface.
First official campaign

February 15-17, 2021. Begin the official campaign. First contact with scholars, faculty, and students. An email is distributed.

February 20 - April 15, 2021. UVA users select the material on the website.

April 15, 2021. First evaluation of this initiative..
Processing material from the First campaign

After April 15, 2021. The library acquisition department will order, receive, and process requested books. Users will receive the requested material.

May 30, 2021. Second evaluation of this initiative including the financial balance. If a positive balance remains, we will launch the continuation of this initiative.
Second official campaign

June 1 - October 1, 2021. UVA users will continue selecting material. Possibly information about Cuban books will be available.

After July 1, 2021. The library acquisition department will continue ordering, reviving, and processing material.

November 15, 2021. Final evaluation of this initiative.

December 15, 2021. Final Report should be made public.
