    A: Older standards not available at UVA may be obtained by calling Global Engineering, a private company which provides texts of military standards for a fee, at 1-800-854-7179.

    Information Handling Systems is a commercial publisher and supplier of standards and other technical materials. These can be purchased for a price. Also, many libraries subscribe to IHS products so they may be available there. Please check with Library staff.

    DTIC provides access to Defense Department technical information and reports. Many are available in full-text on the internet.
