Switching Mac to Extended Display
By default, your Mac laptop's screen will be mirrored on the room's screen. If you prefer to have the room's screen be a second monitor for your laptop (which enables Microsoft PowerPoint's Presentation Mode with separate speaker's notes):
- On your Mac, choose Apple menu
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.) - Click the name of your display on the right, click the “Use as” pop-up menu, then choose an option.
