Switching Windows to Extended Display

By default, your Windows laptop's screen will be mirrored on the room's screen.  If you prefer to have the room's screen be a second monitor for your laptop (which enables Microsoft PowerPoint's Presentation Mode with separate speaker's notes):

  1. Simultaneously press the Windows key ⊞ and P
  2. Select Extend instead of Duplicate
  3. The room's screen will now be a second external screen for your laptop
