Agenda Overview

Track One - Overview, Cultural Change, and Workflows

  • 10:00a.m. - 10:30a.m.: Introduction, overview for the day, purpose
  • 10:30a.m. - 11:00a.m.: UVA digital accessibility updates, sharing successes
  • 11:00a.m. - 12:00p.m.: Creating and sustaining cultural change and workflows in support of universal design

Track Two - Technical Problem-Solving 

  • 12:00p.m.-12:30p.m.: (Working) lunch and listen - Technical demonstrations: Common pitfalls and practical solutions
  • 12:30p.m.-2:00p.m.: Technical deep dives - Table-based discussions and working sessions to explore and get help with technical issues

Track Three - Content and Design Solutions, Closing Remarks

  • 2:00p.m. - 3:40p.m.: Learn about and get help with common content (document) and design challenges
  • 3:40p.m. - 4:00p.m.: Observations from the day, closing remarks, next steps
